All i have to say is, if i was female, i'd go get me some free food on wednesday. How sexist is this, why dont they have a Mens week where we get free food? Anyways, thought the girls might like to know this. Peace out.

right to choose?’ Annaliese Constable (Tertangala editor,
Women’s Collective Member) vs. Gareth Ward (Liberal Councilor
for the Shoalhaven).
Tuesday August 17:
Circus WOW performance on Duckpond Lawns 12.30pm.
SRC free BBQ
Wednesday August 18
Stall day on Duckpond Lawns (12.30pm), including ‘Riot not
Diet’ stall (free food for Women.
Women’s Discussion/ Knitting/ Quilting Circle- afternoon tea
provided, 5.30pm in the Women’s Space (ground floor of
building 11, opposite SRC glasshouse)
Discussion circle, the role of women in society 12.30 in the
Kemira Rooms (organised by Bahai society)
FORUM: Issues Facing Women in the Upcoming Federal Election-
Speakers to Include Kerry Nettle (Federal Greens Senator) and
Josie Castle (Lecturer, History and Politics Department)
6.30pm in the Kemira Rooms (1st floor, building 11)
Thursday August 19
Women in Black- dress in black to highlight and protest the
abuse and injustice suffered by women worldwide- information
stall on Duckpond lawns 12.30pm
Radical Cheerleading Workshop- 2pm on Jugglers Lawns (behind
UniBar)
Throughout the Week…
- Make a patch for the Women’s Space quilt- Materials to be
left in the Women’s Space; draw a picture, make a montage-
anything that expresses an aspect of being a woman, a
student, your views about feminism or whatever you feel
relevant
- Grab a copy of the Women’s Edition of the Tertangala At the
SRC (Building 11) or at one of the Stalls on the Duckpond
Lawns.
