are you sure mlc is the sister school to plc? cause if mlc stands for methodist ladies college and plc used to originally stand for presbyterian ladies college and is a member of the uniting church it doesn't really make sense. i used to go to plc and first i've heard of it. although plc and knox are apparently brother/sister schools

Yes there are two PLCs, but they're different.
Pymble Ladies' College
Presbyterian Ladies' College

PLC (Pymble) is sister school to Knox because they are both Uniting Church schools. I know that Riverview and Xavier in Melbourne are brother schools because they are both catholic.

Methodist and Presbyterian are sort of the same thing aren't they? (I don't do R.E. so how should I know haha). :)

I don't know if Pymble Ladies is sister school to Knox, but they do all those swimming carnivals together and have a swim team.

But Abbotsleigh is the sister school of Knox which I am sure of.

Our crappy sister school is Mercy Catholic College in Chatswood. Can't it be Brigidine or Roseville (dam they're not catholic.)

Brigidine is catholic as far as I'm concerned.
Come on, Mercy isn't THAT bad. :D
Well, they do seem bad actually but not all of them.

Abbotsleigh is not sister school to Knox, despite the fact that they are a stone's throw apart. Abbotsleigh is Anglican, and I think Barker is too, hence they are brother-sister schools, and since Knox is not Anglican, it is not a brother school to Abbotsleigh (or Barker either for that matter :)). All the cases I know of are due to the denomination that the schools belong to. :)

I went to pre-school at Wahroonga Preparatory School by the way!!! ROck on!! :p
