Guys do we need work experience to speak about in our interviews for medicine?? If so, how can I find some with a hospital/doctor?

in sydney esp they're finding it hard to manage workload with med students let alone high school students. If u want work experience, go to a rural area maybe, they're ur best bet. Also would be helpful if u have smn like a parent to find u some connections. Overall tho from what I've heard its rlly not necessary.
