hey, anyone know that payrates for 18 n 19yo for casuals at coles and rebel?

Casual rate for 19 year olds at coles is $15.21

Coles Full-Time Adult pay is $602.20.
By my calculations it should be $11.08 p/h for 18 yr and $12.67 p/h for 19 yr. Plus casual loading which is probably between $1 and $2 p/h.

Rebel Jobs are done by resume handed in directly, although ask a store assistant if you can see the manager and hand it directly. Which store are you thinking of applying to?

My manager told me he dumps all the resumes in a box and picks them up whenever he needs workers. But if you want to stand out, give rebel a call and ask to speak with a manager a week later.

And Rebel pays award wages plus a little bit. I'm waiting till I turn 18 to find out how much my pay jumps, because under18 rates are terrible. But then again, Rebel looks after you more than the Coles-chain. But $13/hr at Coles for 17yo sounds very appealing.
