Tute rego page says:

Students must register for 1 Lecture, 1 Skills, and 1 Tutorial.

But there is also a workshop. Do I have to register? Should I register?

If the workshop is enabled, then you register, if not then you don't. From my expenience from workshops, I haven't had to register for them.

Only register if you can ... lol. They might do workshops the old fashioned way and split you up depending on what course you do, especially if its a subject that multiple courses do.
