Anyone heading over to Germany or Europe during the World Cup next year?
Im so jealous.. it seems like all of my Croatian friends are going then! One of my friends is getting married overseas then so they will all be going to her wedding..
Due to my 4 week teaching block next year, I will only get 2 weeks of holidays, so I'm going at the end of this year instead.
If you are going then.. how long for? Taking time off uni?

Since I'm an absolute football fanatic, its my dream to go to a World Cup.

And given that I have some Saudi blood in me and that we have already qualified for Germany 2006, I'd love to be there next year to support Saudi Arabia.

But I got uni, so I won't be able to go. My brother though is saving up to go.

Hopefully I'll be able to go to the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

yeah i would love to go !(but am not..) I'm Greek so I am praying Greece will qualify! (and yeah euro 04 was fantastic..) Football is the greatest game on this planet!

Tickets for all the games sold out pretty quickly, but nonetheless the atmosphere would be enjoyable. I know a friend who is going to study in Germany during that time.
