Umm, no.
For starters 600 million people on top of each other would mean you'd have a twoer over 600 000 km tall in which there would be far less gravity from earth at the highest point.
Add to the fact that: "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction" means that the initial push from the jump would force the earth (partially) away from you, and you away from the earth. The gravitational attraction would then attract you back to the earth and also
attract the earth back towards you. Thereby meaning that the earth would actually end up right where you left it, approximately (with perhaps very very very very tiny shift outwards if you were jumping towards the sun).
I can't believe no one else realised this, especially you slide rule.
