The worst TV show would have to be that stupid soap opera Passions. The actors are so shit. They can't act even if their lives depended on it.

Passions makes me laugh, in a good way.

Because it's so predictable, I enjoy watching it. (lol, then the Big Arvo comes and I perve on Anna... followed by The Bold/Beautiful sshh!!! & Ten News)
