I'm really sorry by the way the question I put up, was the wrong question I wasn't doing the Draft a user guide... I was doing Question 22, 2001. The organisation is seeking to improve data management.

I was so tired I must have posted the wrong question.

Write a report that proposes good
file-management procedures. Include a simple sketch of a directory/folder structure for the
Sales Department using information from the hierarchy diagram.
Explain and justify your proposals in relation to audit requirements, file attributes, incremental
backup and file and folder passwords.

This was the question which I posted my response to, not the user guide question 22. The question I did was from 2001 paper, not the 2002 paper..

i haven't got the trial marking guide for the independant paper only the catholic paper sorry i looked everywhere
