wot the hell! wot can u b possibly studying 4 3 hrs a nite. u havent evn started the courses yet. a bit of advice - enjoy ur holis othawise u r going to get to yr 11 and 12 when u r going to HAVE 2 work and u wont want to ne more. have a break. most of this so called 'study' neway will b useless without knowing exactly wot order and option topics etc. ur teachers will b teaching u.

yeh i havent started anything for this year just yet. i did buy 2 excell books and one other book but i havent really looked at them that much. i do, however, plan to start on my maths during these holidays cos i have to get it down pat. im a bit worried about it so im trying to learn it so it will be easier throughout the year.

Why are so many people talking about Excel books? Are we meant to buy our own textbooks? Because I thought the school supplies with whatever we need?

yessssure they do, but it doesn't hurt to have extras. And have a range of stimulus material.

It's not just excel books. Have a look in the buy and sell tutition section if you want books.

my school doesnt supply us with anything!! we have to buy/order our own books and if we dont have them by like day 2 or 3 of term one we get in trouble.

So do you think I should wait until we go back to school, see if any text books I am given are all seedy and out-of-date, and then buy what is needed?
