OK, I am so confused. Do/es our essay key points/thesis have to be based on these points from the syllabus?

"They analyse portrayals of the powerful, consider how the depiction of particular relationships provides insight into the nature of politics and consider the extent to which power resides with the people."

Can I just use none? Or one? My points we going to be 'In the interaction of power, the weakest are hurt', 'The power of individuals over masses' and 'Power is abused'.

It sort of addresses 'power of the people' but doesn't really address 'politics' or the 'portrayal of the powerful'.

Thanks for any help.

What do you talk about in the "abuse" of power?
You could try portraying the powerful as those who 'abuse' power in politics.

'In the interaction of power, the weakest are hurt'
is your essay concentrated on those with least power?
because you can always try writing about the powerful and how they hurt those that are teh 'weakest', hence the "interaction" of power.
