In comparison to each other, your english is going to hurt you quite a bit.
Compare your same subjects.
English - He beating you by 22 ranks
Modern History - He beating you by 12 ranks
Economics - You beating him by 6 ranks
Business Studies - You beating him by 10 ranks
Your Maths2U and legal studies - You perform slightly better due to better scaling but less marks.
I'm inclined to say he will beat you in UAI simply because of such a wide difference in your English ranks/marks. But your UAI should be quite similar.
