My school decided that 2 week assessment blocks weren't good enough. Now most of my exams are across THREE DAYS. THREE.

2 on first day (eng adv, sor), 1 on second day (math adv), 2 on third day (bio, math ext)

Eng ext 1 and 2 are also on the same day but the next week!

Reminds me of last year yearlies when we all thought it would be across 2 weeks but last minute they made it 1 so we all had to do 8 exams across 5 days. Some people had 3 in one day

quite a few have 3 in one day at my school too so I guess I'm comparatively lucky

Omg I had bio and maths ext on the same day too! It was stressful

Personally, I had 5 exams in 4 days last exam block. I sorta lost momentum in the end and flopped my last exam. My advice is to prepare for all exams equally beforehand, as you'll be too tired to study productively for your later exams after finishing your earlier exams. You'll get through this! Good luck

real like last year I studied for the first like 4-5 exams and then the rest I just gave up on. Last term some people had their bio and math half yearly on the same day and then some people in yr 11 had math ext and English on the same day

lucky. Even last term they put all our exams in one week even tho it wasn't an exam block

when this happens u just have to ditch bio cause a bad mark in ext 1 is detrimental

I did exactly this, but when I got my marks back, I got a rude awakening

Bio is 2 units while ext 1 is only 1 (since I do 3U maths), so ditching any subject is never a good idea. I learnt that the hard way - gotta fight to get my rank back up now. Honestly it might be the opposite situation, because it's the "easier" subjects where it's crucial to get high marks, whereas losing a couple in ext 1 isn't as big a deal
