1. 4 unit maths = 1 hour = 20 % of my whole study time = 50% of my maths study time
2. 3 unit maths = 1 hour = 20 % of my whole study time = 50% of my maths study time
3. 2 unit maths = 0 hour

Sounds about right for me last year
So you studied 5 hours per day didn't you?

my brother had to dedicate more than half his time solely on this subject

well worth it though, ended up getting 98, who knows what scaled mark that translates to

youd sorta spend more time on 4 unit ... as its much harder and concepts are harder to grasp .. but seee... the problem is most 4 unti topics overlap 3 unit topics for example integration, polynomials etc etc ... so youll have to know the 3 unit stuff to do the 4 unit stuff
butttt id say 10 hours each day to each :L
10 hours on each extension, each day? That's a bit ridiculous

Probably 70% = 4U and 30% = 3U and nothing on 2U.

However that's because I accelerated. Also I believe everyone has different study patterns so it depends on what feels right for you.
Same here. Mine was prob more like 80-20, but I had work for all other subjects so I could do at most 1.5-2 hours a night. One point in time I couldn't really do any cause I had 9 assessments.
