This issue will resolve itself in about 12 hours.

The server clock played up due to a power outage and was fixed a short while ago.

Yes. Because the clock was pushed back, all new posts are being put in the order according to the clock, rather than the order that they were posted.

New posts made between the time it was corrupted and the time it is fixed will remain out of order though, because the time registers them as being posted earlier than they actually were.
