What elective are the 2004-ers studying for english extension 1? There are a few new modules available for study I see... at our school they are doing the new speculative fiction one... I'm glad I did I&S it's more to my liking...

We're doing speculative fiction.. studying Lord of the Rings first up. It's alright :)

Yeah thats what we are doing as well!! I'm looking forward to watching the movie but I'm afraid my teacher is going to wreck the entire movie and interpret it in her own way.

I'm leaving Dune for some Holiday reading.

We're doign Dune too - looks like you've got a similar course to us. Are you doing The Handmaid's tail also?

Yeah we are doing 'Handmaid's tail' as well...

I have mixed feelings about Speculative Fiction, on the one hand I'm looking forward to it and on the other I'm kind of scared that its going to be difficult- this also be because I've got a fruitcake as a teacher!

It looks interesting but my teacher is a commie so I have to do all the hard yards and balance myself up with some hardcore right-wing and economics to even the score :p

revenge tragedy -medea, the revengers tragedy and high noon

i actually dont mind this module coz the concepts r pretty interesting
ne1 doing this module that has found ne good note
