So i wont into details about everything ive tried, now all i want to know is how do i get the 20 odd songs that are on the device off, and put on all the songs in my music folder??

At the moment i dont care if theyre not in any particular order, i just want to get some use out of it!!

I have a creative zen (not micro) and it was a bitch to use in the beginning too. basically, there should be a list to the left of the software and, when the device is hooked up to it, you should be able to select the zen micro. it'll then come up with the list of songs you have on it. from memory, you can select them all and drag them to where you want them to go (why the manual doesn't tell you how to do anything i'll never know! .. why there really wasn't any manual is another good one!!)

it's so stupidly simple that i couldn't work it out for ages either. you think you have to do something tricky and you just totally don't. you just rip the CD, name the tracks, select them all and drag them onto the hardware. they should automatically save to the harddrive also (from memory)

yeah i couldnt get my software to wrk at all first for my zen nx

install the software in the right order, and then try updating it at nomadworld.com

after that it should detect the device when everything is connected

What, are u blonde?...I've got a zen micro and it's the best thing ever, so fucking easy 2 use, install the software, read the manual after u have installed the software...

2 transfer music onto the device u have 2 plug the device into the USB port first, then u open up Zen micro Media explorer, it's alot easier 2 use this than Creative Mediasource if ur a novice...after you've opened that it's pretty easy, everything is there 4 u...

yeah be sure to ask for their best price. generally try and talk to manager. i used to work at dicksmith and discounts are usually done on customers request.
