i dont know how to combat anxiety because i keep throwing up multiple times before my trials and its actually impacting how i study i just cant focus im so stressed what the hell do i do

when im on the verge of vomiting or having panic attacks i just stop studying all together coz nothing will allow me to continue studying

i had the same thing but not as bad, i think i talked to ppl before the exam and that helped but tbh hsc is so stressful that idk if there’s a good strategy

How am I only halfway through my Software Engineering assignment!! It's due on FRIDAY :shouting:
My theory which is supposed to be four pages long is one page + a paragraph on the other three pages...
and the practical side my robot can't even handle the course it's supposed to drive??
I've stayed at school till 5:30 on Friday and Monday working on it and now I'm gonna do it again today :spzz:
