BTW what can you do to improve your aim cause right now I aim too high and how do I aim lower?+ How do I prevent arrows from flying everywhere?

Be more steady. aim for the middle and see where it ends up, then adjust your aim accordingly.

I do a bit of archery over the summer holidays. Aim only get's more precise with practice. Perhaps your supporting arm is moving too much and distorting the aim of your bow.

Depends on the Bow really, it might not even be your fault, it could be the bow warped in one of the limbs.

I had a friend who shot an arrow into his foot. He was trying to be all cool, so he drew the string back while facing the bow downwards, planning on bringing it up and shooting with precise aim thereafter. Instead, he just shot himself in the foot.
