Some parts are lol worthy however i agree its overrated.

Overated? Yes... But it is Watchable

Just not something I would actually make time to watch though... Usually something better on, like I dunno Futurama or the Simpsons

Yeah, the plots weren't that great and i found it kind of boring and difficult to sit through whole episodes. Ok to watch though and for some reason my housemate loved it, he had whole collections, posters and shit.

Sometimes they had really clever, intellectual little jokes that i loved, kind of in the same way i enjoyed the humour in frasier.

Way overrated by people who like it, i dont think its anything special, but partly watchable if nothing is on and the internet is down and your car is broke[ and no good books to read]
