Is there an intake of students to commence in the second semester for B.Business at the City campus. And if so, what is the required UAI?
Thanks.

any ideas of what i should do?

No, its not available for second semester. You'll have to apply end of year with all the other HSC'ers

Yes I know what you need to do, your planning of dropping engineering because you can't handle it. So go to University of Technology, Sydney, type internal course transfer into the search bar and follow from there.

Do Business subjects next semester then transfer at the end of the year
