what internet browser do you use/ would reccomend and why?

Seconded. It doesn't crash when you log onto My eLearning Vista for uni work. Firefox ftl.

google chrome works faster than ff3, stuff downloads faster, whether its page data or downloading big files.

but yeah, the ram issue, i got plenty which is why its great for me, but otherwise ff3 is better than IE.

not sure about safari, it looks pretty similar to FF, but knowing apple its probably a tiny bit better. go find some e-stats comparing the 2.

IE is just as crap, so is opera...safari for windows is just terrible, i installed it and put up with for two days felt like throwing my laptop at the wall and un-installed it, much better now

how is opera crap.
