Eh yeah, does anyone know for sure? LOL.
I'm sure I'm missing something in the wording.

Oh, what did you guys get for your flow chart diagram thing, to do with the rabbits and the killing drug and the native animals?

I think I picked.. regeneration of forests?
Because regeneration of forests means more habitats, and that shape leads to the last one which I assumed was an increase in population of the native animals.

Argh, I think I'm wrong here, can't think clearly - I might not have even put that answer in. :S

But I didn't get the question that preceded it.

Please friends. Desist from your debate. It was the regeneration of plants. This is could be determined simply by incorporating binomial thereom with a basic knowledge of mutually exclusive events. If you have any queries that are vexing you I know all the answers as I have been assessed to have a retention rate of information in the 100th percentile. Feel free to open a dialogue. But hurry, I have to be up early to play fullback against the touring english schoolboys polo team.

Hahaha so did I. I'm starting to wonder if you sat behind me. :p

I think, the active/neutral thing was just confusing, time pressure wise. I kept thinking to myself, hey, wait, so, if 1 turns on, the other 2 must have both been on, but there's the conditions that, once they activate something, they must turn off.

Agreed.

You've got to give him some credit for taking time to type out paragraph responses with extreme verbosity and circumlocution. LOL. :)

Not to be a stalker, but what letter area were you guys all in? :)
Heh, even if I know now it's pointless since the test is over. :p

Haha oh definitely. It reminds me of Monty Python. They have ludicrously hilarious dissertations on nothing. :)

Oh yeah, that's me alright. I'm a 30 year old unshaved ranga.

No. Actually, I was in a jade cardigan. Haha.

I don't know about that question, vague.. For section 2, there was that passage about Florence the waitress (awkward) and then there was David (the doctor) with his son. Which was plain confusing.

1) I assumed Florence felt uh... something along the lines of not getting the joy she expected, considering that it was the Depression so money was tight, and at the start it stated that her mother had a meal and looked so happy and she wanted to make her happier.

As for how the mother felt in her reaction, I felt it was either shame or remorse, and I think I picked remorse, only because she wasn't joyed because she was getting the money - knowing that she'd be off spending it anyway. It seems like she gets enough of Florence's money in the first place, it got stated in a line of dialogue.
'I know you don't make much as it is" or something.

The end affirmed this as she went to some pots and pans shop?
The last line - she left poorer then when she had stepped in (the mother), which I took to mean that she felt worse off for taking Florence's money, or she bought some pot in the middle of the Depression =.=

2) Dave and Paul. Hm, it was obvious that Dave wanted Paul to be like him, thinking music and extracurricular activities are shit (ooh a reflection of my life) and to do something worthwhile, like how he says "You can cure cancer or some shit!" "Maybe that's your dream" - something along those lines.

I felt that Dave was concerned which is why I picked that he wanted to protect Paul from all the shit with his wife and the other man, Howard? Like for the question relating to how he reacted when Paul was like "What about mom and Howard? Don't you care?"

The Doctor dad wants his son to be a doctor too, although the son is an avid musician. The tone when he said "Maybe" to the music college I believed to be indifferent - I swear I've been through this situation with my own parents, HAHA.

3) Frank and Katherine. Frank wanted to tell his mum that they're getting a divorce and expects his mum to get concerned about it and shit, but when she doesn't care anymore, Katherine is just as shocked - which was one of the questions. I forget the exact word - disbelief? LOL. I believe Katherine saw Frank in an intuitive manner, although I have no basis for that other than the way the passage "spoke" to me, how there was particular notice taken to the way Frank prepared himself, like he gulped or something.

That's about it I think..

Yep, did that.

'I know you don't make much as it is" or something.
I put shame because there was this juxtaposition between the dialogue of the mother, "I didn't come here to get anything off of you, I know how hard it is for you..." and later, "Well, yeah I actually needed the money so that was good timing there..." (this is paraphrased haha)

The Doctor dad wants his son to be a doctor too, although the son is an avid musician. The tone when he said "Maybe" to the music college I believed to be indifferent - I swear I've been through this situation with my own parents, HAHA.
I chose something else. Can't remember.

Sweet, I put intuitive as well. Frankly because you had to use intuition to get the answer haha. There was basically no visible gestures from Kathleen aside from being startled. Which is highly inconsiderate of ACER.

I'm starting to hope that in the exam I had my empathy hat on. :D

I know hey? It's actually just 5 years haha.

You didn't see me because I was in the first session in T, and you were in an afternoon session?

At any rate, you're one of those people I never see at the shops/markets out of the blue, or coincidentally on a school excursion. I suppose you're on the list of people to catch up with post-HSC then. :p
