yesterday on the train to uni i was playing platinum on ds.
I got Torterra on around 50 (or late 40's), and gabite on early 40's, and im up to steel gym leader.
its hard , i actually lost on my first go, then i decided to play castlevania dawn of sorrow.

I'm busy psyching myself up (and training my team) for the Elite Four in Platinum.

Hm. I think the last time I played I was doing an all poison team in Leaf Green. It was nidoqueen, crobat, tentacruel, venusaur, muk and weezing. Funfun.

hmm i gotta make myself a good team in platinum.

all my super awesome ev trained pkmn are in my pearl version.
i love my blissey, double team x 6, softboiled when needed, toxic, *sinister laughter*

anyways, i always did the double battles in the battle tower in pearl version, more fun.
this means i'd have blissey AND salamence on the field. or salamence and metagross, or rhyperior, or whatever my other one was.

So Spring in US is like, early next year? And will the games come out earlier in the US than in Australia, or about the same time?

well d/p came out in april in usa, and july i think in australia. I got pearl off ebay from usa, so yeah.

im guessing it'll be out on the net for download in spring as well.

edit: also, ive never ever considered having a skarmory in my team, they supposedly have really high defence, right?

it was in the morning, somewhere between strathfield and central

release order usually goes japan, america, europe
and there's usually a gap of maybe 6-9 months between them, but australia slots in about a month before or after european release

and spring there is autumn here
so maybe they'll get it in the first month of our autumn and we should get it maybe 2 months after?

my 2 favourite pokemons of all time for wifi battle:
Milotic:Rest+Sleep Talk+DragonBreath +Water Pulse
Miltank:Milk Drink+Captivate+Seismic Toss+Thunder Wave

my 3 for double battle battle tower would always include a blissey in 3rd place (minimise/toxic/refresh/softboiled), and first 2 places would consist of salamence (dragon claw/fly/fire fang/crunch) and sometimes rhyperior (stone edge/earthquake/something/something) or someone else, cant remember...

My team usually consisted of three of the following
-Snorlas with curse, body slam, rest and equake
-Heracross with choice band, and megahorn and some other moves
-Gyarados with dragon dance, water fall, equake, stone edge
-Garchomp with swords dance, equske, stone edge, dragon claw
-Azelf with the special version of swords dance, psychic, thunderbolt, something else

I'm not one for all this tactical double teaming and so forth. I just want to get in there and bash the crap out of the other team
