its your funeral.
Oh, I don't know about that. I did 15units most of this year and I'm still alive. Then again, that was only prelims. But if there's no drama class next year, that will sort itself out.

haha im doing 13 units next year as well, but i'll drop something somewhere there in the first 2 terms to 11 units, altough its quite clear that im going to drop bio anyways. but if i cope well then ill just keep 13 units all the way through.

Hi. I am currently very conflicted in whether I should carry 13 units into Year 12 or drop down to 11 units. The reason i wanted to take 13 units is so Maths eventually wouldn't count towards my ATAR. The reason for this being in all my other subjects i am constantly scoring over 85% in nearly all assessments, yet in Maths i am scoring between 50-65%. (Dropping Maths is not an option)

I am hoping to go study Commerce or Economics and the subjects i am currently studying now include:

- Advanced English
- Mathematics
- Economics
- Business Studies
- Modern History
- Geography
- Studies Of Religion (1 unit)

I really want to take all these subjects and I am trying to push for a UAI over 90, however i have been told on many occasions that I will struggle to maintain good marks with 13 units. So if i were to drop, I would drop Geography, but i wanted to know if 13 units is manageable, and the teachers are just full of it?
Thanks in advance
Hey I'm doing like 15 units in Year 12 but I'm going to neglect around 3 to 5 of them so I'm not worried.

I got funny teachers who let the whole class bludge. They'll be good socialising lessons and I really need them in a stressful time like Year 12.
sounds like you should just use the time to study and socialize on the weekend to me.

Agreed. Why on earth do the extra units in the first place if you're not going to try?
yeah exactly.

you never know, those lenient teachers may become strict next year and thats no socialisation for you.
even better why dont you go to the library and study or something?
