sadly, raichu is weeeellll, average. i mean, yellow stone doesn't even work with it. only pikachu and pichu!!! wtF!!!
and, it is only good as a cannon. and its speed is only above average. (base stat is 100)

My favourite pokemon was prolly mew 2. But the best tv show was so totally DragonBallZ! I love how it took like 2 years for someone to get killed.

oh my gosh how awesome was dragon ball z that was like the greateset show of all time. ditto for sailormoon as well lol.
