You say you do a max test after every sheiko cycle...

wtf?

Apparently you're meant to cycle them up in volume and then do a peaking cycle eg #37, #40, #30, #32. Fuck waiting 4 months to put weight on the bar!

That heavy_beats dude on bb.com's fair cool, but he only puts 10kg on his lifts x3 a year, no wonder he's only got a 110kg squat...

bonus question: I'm getting a power rack custom made, one of the options is band peg attachments for band work but it would set me back $200...Yay or nay?

Sounds gay... I dunno, I do it this way and it works, haha.

He's a weird fuck and is pretty weak tbh... let's hope he doesn't read this

Nay, bands are so expensive as it is and you really don't need them until you get freakishly strong (close to 500 wilks)
