Is this enough 'study' time for Ext. 2?

I presume it is - it is eight study periods over a two week cycle, in total 455 minutes. So my question is how much of this time should I (roughly) dedicate to Ext. 2 Maths? Four of eight? Six of eight?

Also, since I figure this is extremely difficult mathematics - I've taken it upon myself to get some 'self-help' books. So far, I've gotten Excel's 50 HSC Exam Tips by Jeff Geha. Is there any other books you guys recommend I should get?

Get Cambridge and Terry Lee. They supplement each other well. Saying that though, coroneas could replace Terry lee

So Cambridge 4 unit and Terry Lee...

Cambridge 4 Unit Mathematics Year 12
Advanced Mathematics: A Complete HSC 4-Unit Course

That'd set me back... $120-ish, maybe?

And Revised 4 Unit (Extension 2) Maths Yrs 11-12 would set me back another $30... interesting.

I bought the Cambridge for $45

Terry lee was $50 or something

If you use them wisely then the HSC mark will more than make up for the $120 in long term

Damn you and your rich school!

I think I'll go shopping after I find out what textbooks my teacher supplied us with... our school may be rich yet.

So that explains the low price ($30).

Interesting, interesting. I've been reading the memoirs of 4u students and I can see I'm probably going to have a very fun year in Ext. 2...

yes indeed. I'm looking forward to Ext 2, but it's gonna be really really really hard. I hear that the drop out rate is pretty high.
