breakfast: vegemite sandwich on wholegrain bread, milk+milo. lunch: mexican beef mince crepe (with avocado, sour cream, coleslaw, chilli sauce) from xquisito. dinner: rice with spinach and potato. after: watermelon. will have some more later. pretty healthy day, yay me ^__^

this morning on my wee little hike i ate some wee little food i think it was call Lowest Common Multiple or somesing, well it had same stamina restore ability as Ration (S)
