98.35, never did homework since yr 11 ... crammed exams the week beforehand.. tuition goes a long way in comparison to useless school.
+1

Same!!

Except I didnt have a tutor in Year12, though I fed off other peoples' tutors and their resources. & Cramming ftw!

Read my English Ext 1 text during holidays before HSC, learnt half the course the night before, wrote my first ever EE1 essay in my HSC exam and got E4. Smug :)

Head of Academic told me 80-85 (but really I could tell he meant 80.)

Got my results yesterday, put them into an online calculator and got 79.00. Was pretty devo.

Logged on, nervous as hell, to get 90.55.

YEAH BOI!
What calculator gave you 79? 11.55 points is huge difference, there never that off the mark.

Calculators are never that wrong. You must have been plugging in raw marks all the time or something.

I'm from Parkes too, RBCC though. Jess Tighe got 97.65 or are you just discarding that because she goes to school in Forbes? :p Congrats nonetheless.
Haha lol sorry I just talked to her on Facebook and she reminded me :p I didnt even think cos Red Bend is in Forbes, and I meant my school haha :) I changed it, don't worry lol...
Congrats Jess Tighe - 97.65! Ah-mayzing!

and the cut off for economics at University of Queensland last year was 84
dad came from a glass half empty perspective though: "so that means you will have the lowest atar score of anyone in your course", thanks for the vote of confidence Dad

93.85 is my ATAR!!!
So happy. I didn't study till the holidays of Term 3 began, and I partied more than I studied - so much for my vow to be dedicated.

Predictors were spot on. SAM - 93.60 MATRIX - 93.70
EINSTEIN - 93.65

congrats to everyone, and good luck!! See you at UNI!

Wow amazing results guys! '09 BOSers are a smart bunch.

For those of you who didn't get what they wanted don't be too disappointed. Last year I was 3points off my aim and course cut off. Somehow I magically got in on the first round but even if I hadn't there are always other options. In 6 months time you won't even care what your ATAR was.

84.15 :) I am so happy considering I've been barely at school with illness for the past 4 years.
