Are your parents Asian by any chance?
I think you could:

1) Repeat your HSC

2) Go to a Uni/Course where the ATAR is much lower (ie. UWS), do one year full time study, get good grades (avg 70+)

Everyone fails sometime. Never give up, its not over until you decide its over.

Late rounds are coming up, apply to a course you know you will get into and then transfer to the university of your choice after a year, provided you get the grades. No shame in going to a non-Go8 uni.

If you can't get into a uni course, just do TPC at TAFE. It's not that difficult to do well in it.
