Things change when the barriers of highschool break down.

WHen you get to uni people are less selfconscious and sex and relationships and that sort of thing are more likely to develop. When I was at uni a lot of my friends lost their virginity in first year uni around the age of 17-18 so i don't think it's that bad.

Then when you realise sex isn't that hard to get it doesn't really become a big deal and you wonder why there's emphasis for people to have sex in the first place because it's really nothing and meaningless unless you have some kind of meaningful connection to the person, or they're super stunning or somethign.

Okay I should've worded it better. What I mean is, even by the time you're 18, you might not be able to make good decisions. Sure, it's different for each person, but the ability to make sensible, rational decisions usually takes a long time to develop.
To me, yes it IS a big thing. If someone wants to have sex when they're 15, they're free to. It's their choice. Same with it being my choice if I want to stay a virgin till I'm older.
