anyone here doing beginners italian!?!?! I don't reckon there'll be that many people doing it.... so just curious to see if anyone on bos is enrolled!

I'm enrolled, did you get the email about the textbook? I'd love to learn Italian, it's such a shame I'm transferring to engineering.

It's a really great subject. For me it was taught really well and well paced.

I really didn't like the history component though. Glad I don't have to do that this year. Go to the lectures a learn a bit for the short essays at the end of semester. So many people I know just didn't bother going to any of the history lectures and bummed out in that bit.

I went to like none of them and still nailed the subject. Nothing a little wikipedia won't solve.
