PLaying Games during the HSC (2 Viewers)

I have an insane Facebook problem.

I've cut off pretty much all CS, CoD, WoW etc - but my FB addiction is getting out of control.

FB is just so addictive and it's like a daily routine to go on facebook..
i guess it's just been integrated into our lives :L

But on the summer holiday, in December, I played games everyday and went to PC cafe everyday

Watched tv for 1 hour
scolded myself for 30 hour
slept for less than 7 hours

I bossed HSC to an average ATAR!

I guess if you're aiming for 95+ though you'll probz have to go hard.

Yeah during 2010 i played wayy too much PC games. Inc. css tf2 P) and when Black Ops came out was on that all the time. But yeah i del all my accounts and shit so i wouldnt get tempted...worked so far .

I'm glad a quit DotA. Though I do look forward to playing Dota 2 on Steam after HSC.

Well, an upside is that it will promote the game and the competitive scene. As of recently, DotA has declined in popularity in the US due to HoN and LoL. America is a key constituent in restoring DotA to its glory days.

if you're good enough you can control yourself. Don't starve yourself entirely and then eventually give in when all those come back in large quantities, at all the wrong times..

This guy played ungodly hours of Halo reach and scored a 97.20.

I am one of those who played games because of intense stress and shit tutoring (or something like that). But the only thing I hated was the money spent on fucking tutoring. I don't regret anything because I'm in a good uni and a good course.

But of course don't play games because you love it and hate studying.
Avoid at all cost of playing a game and getting addicted to it.

And I know I'm not a good example but any opinion is valuable nonetheless.
