I just took some today, and worked out, now I feel like the energizer bunny, I am extremely twitchy and the energy boost hit me hard. Is this good? I just finished my exams, also, I'm 16 but I am really really big, (everywhere I go people call me massive) should I keep taking?
And I do take a protein powder afterwards.

Jack3d is the best pre workout on the market. Absolutely amazing, and the twitchiness is normal - especially in your hands and fingers.

Yes you take protein (either in the form of powder or food) when you're done working out - preferrably within the hour.

It seems to let me down pretty lightly, so I don't really crash when I'm on it for some reason. Everyone is different though.

I've had pretty crashes with other products though (NO Shotgun, Black Powder etc...)

The ingredient in jack3d that makes it the bees-knees is the 1-3 diethylamylamine (geranium).
Much cheaper just to buy this ingredient on its own (I can recommend nutraplanet.com) and mix it with a coffee.
Been using it for about a year now - fucking incredible.

Some people talk about wanting to keep on lifting wights after finishing their workout.
I feel no such thing, except maybe feeling more energetic when walking up flights of stairs at the bus stop in the morning...
Could just be placebo, idk.

had a chemist bloke at unsw explain it saying it keeps you going at a steady high energised rate.. so basically no downs during the workout

It's a nitric oxide supplement.. in other (shorter) words it increases energy + endurance.

I think I'm going to start training again except this time I'm not going to emphasize arms as much.. Bloody strech marks.. they're down to my elbows. There must be a way to avoid them all together.

Depends where you live tbh.. Any good supplement shop will have it.. I've bought it off ebay for $35 and have seen it retail in physical shops for $85+

Do you take it on an empty stomach, and do you take in any other sources of caffeine throughout the day?

Yes to empty stomach, no to other sources of caffeine.

I also tried a Grape Black Powder sample once. It tasted nicer than jack3d but it made me feel really bloated throughout my workout.

Black Powder kept me up all night (literally), and to be honest it is way overpriced.

I've heard ppl tend to lose their gains once they get off pre-workouts though

Not really, but people do lose intensity in their workouts (usually) when cycling off.
