l am surprised no one has told you this yet. You shouldn't be taking ANY pre-workout supplement at the age of 16. If you read the packaging of jack3d it say's don't take if you are under 18 years old. You have enough testosterone in your system to have energy. For now have coffee as a pre-workout is sufficient energy to help you go hard through your workout.I just took some today, and worked out, now I feel like the energizer bunny, I am extremely twitchy and the energy boost hit me hard. Is this good? I just finished my exams, also, I'm 16 but I am really really big, (everywhere I go people call me massive) should I keep taking?
And I do take a protein powder afterwards.
