i dont trust that site cos my activity changes everyday.
i'd only trust calipers and electric scales.

today i chestied 17.5 x 10 warmup, then 22.5x10, 25x10, 27.5x7, 25x7.
then squatted 50x10 warmup, then 3x10 of 70kg :/

That section that asks for your activity only determines how much you should be consuming, it doesn't affect anything else. I tried changing my activity to all three options and it didn't change any calculations they made, it just changed the amount I should be eating. So... yeah :p

lol i consume however much i feel like and whatever i want depending on how i'm feeling and how much money i have on me.
which is why calipers or electric scales for me.

but i'll measure myself up and try all 3 activity options when i get home.

After photo, as promised. If you look carefully, you can see lines that resemble a very, very, very light six-pack :]

I don't have stretch marks :O
Also, I gave in on exercise on day 3. So considering I barely did anything, I think the result is pretty good :]
