nah, it looks fine the way it is. natural is best

chicks can get away with wearing whatever they want. basically they have 3 rules:
1. no cleavage (cuz it can aggravate the patient's heart problems)
2. must have sleeves
3. no loud shoes (namely high heels)

for guys its shirt, tie, pants. no flexibility at all.
girls can even get away with wearing boots (wtf) or wear whatever top/skirt/dress/pants they want. they just hang a lanyard and steth around their neck and boom, they look like a doctor.
