It's just differentiating using the product rule. Did you have a look at the solution? It's similar or exactly the same of what SpiralFlex did.

How do we get the 4x(10-x) ???????????????

$2x\sqrt{10-x}$ We want the denominator to be, $2\sqrt{10-x}$

So we have to do this,

$=2x\sqrt{10-x} *\frac{2\sqrt{10-x}}{2\sqrt{10-x}}$

$=\frac{2x\sqrt{10-x} * 2\sqrt{10-x}}{2\sqrt{10-x}}$

$=\frac{4x(10-x)}{2\sqrt{10-x}}$

I did it quickly, so...
