Im not sure but i've been only 4-5hrs a day now, when i use to do double that like few weeks ago.

By the second day I was waking up at 1pm and not doing much :/

yeah I really feel no urge to get out of bed and study so usually I lay there for a couple of hours and only get up when Ive become super hungry
