Mates, got 3 months holidays coming up, want to gym hard out, need a good diet.
Meat - the only thing I'm willing to eat is chicken, fish and lamb.
Someone point me in the right direction or give me a diet to follow each day of the week containing those meats, I need something yummmmmmy
