Mates, got 3 months holidays coming up, want to gym hard out, need a good diet.

Meat - the only thing I'm willing to eat is chicken, fish and lamb.

Someone point me in the right direction or give me a diet to follow each day of the week containing those meats, I need something yummmmmmy

yogurt for calcium and protein. Whole grain bread for carbs. Now, you need to be eating a lot of carbs and protein after working out. Also, you need to eat lots before the workout. Eat meat at dinner and lunch for protein.

I don't recommend milk because it's fattening and gives you acne.

Just eat protein shakes and take a multi erryday.

But srs, just figure out your calorie needs. add 300 to it.

Figure out how much protein you need. it should comprise ~40% of your diet. make the other 35% clean carbs (low GI) and 25%healthy fats.

Just use google to figure out how much protein you need and how many calories you need.
Get plenty of fiber (broccoli, psyllium etc) and drink ~4L water a day.

Diet control is definitely a great things that human being should be care about. With proper kind of vegetables are great for making health great.
