If things come to things, there's always pills to make you sleep.. but I wouldn't suggest it unless you're desperate. You can take the pills until your body develops a pattern, then you can come off it.

Are you even productive from 1 onwards? If not then why bother? Time better spent sleeping. (so you can study when you're more productive)
