dont get involved with dangerous weed that is grown through harsh methods which involves addition of nasty growth chemicals. they are usually sold on the streets (usually quite cheap). try finding a supplier which will provide you a safer type of weed that is grown more naturally. weed will cause some little memory loss after prolonged use however in general, natural weed is quite safe (more safe than tobacco). just make sure you dont take weed while doing something which requires concentration (eg. driving).

by the way being cash strapped, i wouldn't waste my money on expensive weed. id rather go eat something nice!
