Study partner? (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone,

I am aiming for a high ATAR - about 90+ (because UTS has super high cut-offs T.T). So yeah, I kinda want to get to university on my first attempt. But my friends reckon that they study better on their own, and they generally just have Facebook, email, or no email or Facebook. o-o

I know there may be a lot of people who feel the same way.

So therefore, I have come up with a plan!


- STUDY PARTNERS -

If there is anyone SERIOUSLY interested, and is willing to make a regular (preferably about 1-2 hours a day or so, just at least once a day, or most days) commitment, then please, PM me! I have Skype, Hotmail and Messenger. I'm also a member on the Animania forums. But, I do NOT like Facebook and I am NOT GETTING ONE. ^^ (so please don't ask)

So here are my subjects for this year:


2 Unit Advanced English
2 Unit General Mathematics (switched from 2 Unit Mathematics last month)
2 Unit Senior Science
2 Unit Ancient History
2 Unit Visual Arts
2 Unit Continuers French

I need to study more, so if I actually have a reason to study I guess it would help, so I'm open to the idea, but it will have to wait till Easter holidays/next term (I'd prefer to continue studying by myself for my half-yearlies.
I also do Adv Eng, Gen. math (dropped from 2u) and Senior Sci.
Without sounding too cocky I'd like to say that I'm completely confident with my level of math and sensci, however I'm just retarded at english (though I've been told I'm capable of doing ext.
Anyway, I'll get back to you in a couple of weeks and see what's going on.

I recently got a study partner and we collaborate ideas etc. It works well when you both are disciplined enough to not waste tine chatting.

But on the other hand your friend could help you understand stuff

I would try... but you don't really do any of my subjects, and you can't really study for english

And every time i have a "study partner" we don't end up studing
