Spiritual Being
hehehehehe
On a thought, imagine having a job where people come to you and tell you their sleeping problems then you talk technical shit to them of why it happens and both of you get confused

your body is used to sleeping less, so then you just went and fucked it's routine up.Around 12? and wake up at 6.40
ps- the other day I slept at like 2.30am (I know, silly me for leaving half yearly study so late), and felt pretty good that morning when I was waking up! like not as sleepy as I thought I would be!
then the last night I slept at 10pm and woke up this morning and felt SO sleepy! I swear it felt like I got no sleep! can anyone explain this? :|
Oh yes I think that's it. Ahh I have the most fucked up sleeping patterns, I always have like a 30min nap when I get home from school as well -.-your body is used to sleeping less, so then you just went and fucked it's routine up.
I think 5:30am is overdoing it a little... o_o1:30am - 5:30am
Especially when you have afternoon classes and it takes 40 minutes + to get home and then you have to make something to eat and you have homework from each subject and you have to study afterwards and sometimes you even have other stuff to do after you get home like music/sport.Wake up about 5:30am everyday.
Normal mid-term period --> 11:30pm
When studying for exams (within 1-2 weeks away) --> 2am
During exam block --> 12/1 am (depending on how much study i have to do)
I hate how teachers say to get 8 hours sleep every night. Realisitically, I doubt any student can get that much sleep and still do well
