Hello everyone,

I am currently unhappy with my weight. Suggestions on how I should start losing some weight? My diet is quite unhealthy. Where do I start?

Note: I am about 1.67 m and 79 kg.

I'm actually 78-79kg, that's because I do my best to hide it.

How big are the servings?
I ate one whole pizza last last USyd meat, then went for some pepsi. Last meat, you may have saw me continuously go out 7 times to get food.

Start off with something simple like walking/jogging for 30mins
Okay I shall walk to the library often.

Do you think push ups will help?

So I'm thinking I shall eat oranges and apples each day and no Maccas at all

You want to loose weight, push-ups help gain muscle. Excersises like jogging, walking and cycling which are all cardio help reduce fat. You want to be burning more calories than you intake
