I just received my mark for COMP1911 which was 46 FL. I was wondering how my WAM is affected. Do they still calculate my WAM using this mark or do they count it as a zero? And if I retake the course later and get a different mark how would that work?

They count it in your wam as 46. If you repeat only the first attempt contributes to your wam.

All marks from any course are counted towards your WAM. If you repeat it, the first attempt will also be included in your WAM, as well as the second attempt and so on. It counts as 46 for your first attempt - that is what you got.

This is right.
