A dozen Jatz crackers
Small can of V
Honey peanut noodles
Some chocolate :(
1.5L water

Today so far:
Iced coffee
3/4 of a subway salad roll (got 2 cookies as a meal deal to eat later)

I know. I have cut down my food intake over the past week and am feeling less hungry. Appetite suppressant as a medicine side affect helps although I didn't take any yesterday or today.

it was actually a failed attempt at bolding the 99c oreos at iga part
in a
holy shit i am going there and buying that tomorrow
kind of way
Let us know what the Iga is like.

75kgs atm. hopefully reach 78kg in 2 months, but then I'm going on holidays so although id like to keep it going i dunno whats gunna happen there
ah nice, good luck with it, it's gonna be pretty hard to maintain it overseas
