Missed 2 Tutorials with good marks (1 Viewer)

Guys I have missed 2 maths tutorials but am currently sitting on a potential HD for the subject (math1001). If i dont miss anymore will i be ok? Should I bring a medical certificate for the next tutorial?

Just to be safe then yes you should. Check the required attendance rate in the unit outline.

I don't think Maths tutorials are compulsory but I'm not sure. What do you mean by "on track for HD"?

Half the cohort can be classified as that, including me but I probably won't

By on track to get a HD, I mean considering my marks so far (almost perfect scores), if I keep up the amount and effort I shouldn't get a mark lower than a D, at least that's the way I see it.

I'm on 20/20 and 9/10 for MATH1001 but the finals are quite a fair bit harder than the quizzes.

I'm more than happy with a D.

This is true if attendance counts towards your final mark.

However, for OP's course, attendance does not count towards the final mark.

(but doesn't mean you should skip tutorials!)

MATH1001 doesn't count attendance towards your final grade. Also remember that the final exam makes up a significant percentage of your final grade and everyone still has the potential to overtake you. Even if someone fails both quizzes, if they beat you in the final exam, it will take precedence over their quiz marks.

No. Concessional passes are not awarded in any mathematics units of study.
